Bugs, Fixes and things in between

Mostly bug fixes in this update. :)

Added some more options; a "Baby Mode" starts you off with 100HP and also added an option to disable the in-game music if you wish to do so.
Also added a timer which displays your total time, as well as the total number of collectibles, collected at the win screen.

This will be the last update for the time being though, unless any major bugs are found.
